Booking flow

Say Hello

Send me an email through the contact form about the date and location for your wedding and what package you are interested in. I will get back to you as soon as possible about your inquiry. You are more than welcome to have a video chat with me before you book and I will answer any questions you may have.

Alright, you like my style and are interested to book me as your wedding photographer. I will send you a wedding agreement for you to approve. Once this is done you will receive an invoice of a booking fee (2500:-) which is not refundable if you cancel your agreement. When this is paid your date is confirmed and booked.

Meet and greet

Now the fun part starts. If we live in the same part of the country we meet up over a coffee and get to know each other. We also talk about your thoughts and ideas of the wedding and about any expectations you may have. After the meeting I include an optional pre shoot that takes about half an hour. The photos you receive from the shoot you can always use as a ”save the date” photo if you wish.

The last invoice will be sent out to be paid a week before your wedding day at the latest. A few days before your big day we will have a chat and go over the planning one last time to make sure we are on the same page.

Wedding day

Your day is finally here and I am also super excited. We have a good time together and when I leave for the day, I am already eager to edit your first photos.

You have been patient. You have waited. Just a few days after the wedding I will send you a sneak peek from the wedding day. Within five weeks you will receive your photos in a beautiful wedding gallery for you to download and share with your friends and loved ones.
